Customs and Import charges

Please note that some countries charge imports and customs fees (not with in EU). These charges need to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over those charges as custom policies and import duties vary greatly depending from witch country you order from. If you feel unsure about these costs, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before ordering.

 

Returns 

We hope you are happy with your item from Fly The Fly Vintage, but if you would like to return or exchange your item, it´s not a problem. To make this as easy as possible for you, please see instructions below:

    • Return with in 10 working days after receipt
    • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • Please contact us at customercare@flythefly.com for return instructions. We will then reply with a PDF file with a return form to make it easier for you. Please do not return any items before contacting us.

    Please note

    • If the item is damage or tags removed we can´t refund you. So do not return items with damage / tag removed, or you will have to pay an extra shipping fee to get it back.
    • Gift cards are non-rereturnable
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
    • Your money will be refunded to the used payment method, so if you paid with credit card you will receive the refund back to your credit card
